Changing Telkom Mobile Tarrifs

Good day fellow Telkom users my main concern is changing tariffs on the Telkom mobile Tariffs. I am a new Telkom user and I recently changed my mobile Tariff to "Smart Broadband" and I’m not too happy about this tariff. I called customer care today "11/07/2018" and they said I can't go back to my initial tariff. What I want to know if is there a Telkom user with the same issue?  And Is there a way to roll-back to my old Tariff?
