Contract converted to Prepaid - telkom fail!!!

I converted my contract to prepaid due to coverage and Telkom did not follow simple english on the cancellation form.  I've not been without my number for a week despite being promised that it will be sorted out in 72 hours.

pathetic that Telkom can sign on new customers so quickly and effieiently, but with no afterservice.  I'm going to Hello Peter if this is not fixed today.
