I have received an notification for an appoitment on Tuesday - Installer claimed that the orginal cables to my home have been cut. I then received another appoitment for Wednesday and it seems there's a different story about a box which needs to be installed. The installer didn't even bother to visit my house.
I need both the landline and the ADSL up and running, but its extremely difficult to get an indication on what really happening and when the service will be up and running.
I need the services urgently and will appreciate ay assistance on this matter.
