Ever since I was made to switch from copper to wireles my business has suffered. Dropped calls shock

Ever since I was made to switch from copper to wireles my business has suffered. Dropped calls and shocking audio.

I was also promised a router so that my 3 offices could be connected. I was also told that to solve the 3 office problem a router would be provided and a technician would assist in installation.

Within 48 hours without further notification my landline was cut and a toy phone delivered to me which I had no idea how to program.  I was also threatened that if I did not accept the new phone I would lose ny number of 30 years and be diconnected. I feel that this was undue pressure.
