Fault reporting

I have been trying to report a fault for my landline 021 531 1433 for the passed 3 weeks

 

The web fault reporting page keeps giving me a SMS  message

 

"Something went wrong while attempting to log your problem"

 

The url in the SMS is unavailable.

 

How can I get my landline problem reported without spending hours on my Cell and cell rates
