I am in desperate need of help with my landline. I logged a case: 570531452 on 17/3/2017. I followup everyday and I am told that a technician will get back to me in this respect.
I haven't heard from any technicians as yet. I am getting upset that I am unable to use a landline for which I am paying for.
Is there anybody that can assist in this respect?
