I ordered a phone on contract. On Wednesday a Telkom agent contact me and the application process was completed. The Telkom agent said she would contact me within 48 hours to confirm whether my contract application was approved, its been over 48 hours and I havent heard anything further re the approval. I did receive an sms saying I have been pre-approved and money was debited from my account from Telkom for the pre-approval. When can I expect to be notified as to whether I will or won't be receing a new phone? I keep trying to phone 10213, but no one answers.

Yes its rather frustrating, my account was debited 2 weeks later still no tracking number, no 1 in the sales department can assist in this regard.

Rather frustrating!!!! My account was debited on the 1st and still no tracking number or order and the staff in the sales department is very unhelpful..... Hope you rceeive your order in time.
dial 10210 choose option 3 and ask to be transferred to mobile.
