How to setup call forward number if landline (fibre) is down

Good day,

 

Can anyone advise if there is a way to set the call forward number for a Telkom landline if my fibre line providing the connection is down - so I cannot use my handset.

 

Is there an alternative way to access those settings without using my handset, similar to phoning 10121 from a different phone if I want to retrieve my voicemail meesage.

 

Right now, this is when I really need the call forward !
