Inoperative app and website

Last week the phone cables in my area were stolen, yet again. It is impossible to connect with the call centre by cellphone as they take 15 minutes + to answer. The app doesn't work beyond a certain point. The website feature of chatting with a consultant only works to a certain point and then disconnects. I tried writing an email explaining the problem and am still waiting for a reply, a week later. Why have these facilities if they don't work?

I agree with the previous comments, I bought a SIM card from the Telkom shop to use in our business as an LTE DATA connection, however to try and top up you ccannot use the website as it doesnt work , I then tried using the phone app and that doesnt work, I have been told that I must go and que in the Telkom shop to Top up. It took me an hour the last time to do this.

Telkom I reckon your days are numbered if you continue like this.
