  • Reporta fault via SMS:    SMS "SERVICE" and your landline number to 30591. (SMS at no charge.)
  • Call the Call Center
    • Mobile: 081180 (free from a Telkom Mobile phone)
    • Home:   Sales - 10213  & Service - 10120 (free from a Telkom landline)
    • Business: Sales - 10213 & Service - 10217 (free from a Telkom landline)

My land line been dowm since 21 December 17 recieved two calls from technicial staff but still down and my Internet line is slow after I up graded it and have paid telkom in full all they say is that they are attending to the problem.

i have the same issue... 

went through all their channels... 

 

now they are restricting us from using their "community",., WOW!

 

amazing leadership and service Telkom!

amazing... 

please keep STEALING our money... and providing us with no services... in fact... why dont u bill the entire universe whether they your customer or not.... clearly nothing matters....
