Landline installation request not followed up

Hi all

I logged a landline request online nearly 4 weeks ago and was phoned the next day to confirm my details and was told installation will take place in 7-14 days or so.

I've not heard anything since and never received any kind of reference number. I've mailed and called the helpline but nothing and the chat also didnt seem to work so trying here now.

Any help to follow up on this and get a techie to come out and install?

I'm situated in Kloofsig, Centurion.

I am in the same boat. Phone them though, dont be suprised if your application was not done though.

Mine has dissapeared. So i am left with filling out the application and driving to the shop. Ill post if it helped, but I doubt it.

Ah great that was what I was fearing. Are the forms available online?
