I applied for a contract online on the 2nd of April 2019 and my account was debited on the 6th of April. On the 8th of April I only received the simcard with no device and now I'm being told that the agent who handled my application did it incorrectly and all the departments are saying then can not assist me. I even went to Eatgate Mall Telkom shop to cancel the contract but I was told that I will not get a refund. May you please assist me. I have emailed the support email address and they ignored me.
