Monice voice bundle issue

Yesterday I purchased the monice voice bundle of 30 minutes for all networks valid for 30 days (as displayed after following the prompts on *123#) When I received the bundle it was valid only for 7 days. Phoned the telkom customer support but to no avail. Today I notice that I cannot phone any local (cpt) landline numbers but only can phone other provinces and mobile number.

Telkoms customer service is becoming more and more pathetic I must say.
