I am also trying to do a name change but I can tell you that the Chat to an Agent option is not useful for that purpose. They simply stated that I should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org - they only deal with general billing and sales enquiries. I started the process to do a name change in November last year, and went through it completely with all guarantees only to get the next bill still in the old name. Complicated because of the fact that I have another ISP that take care of my line and my internet ... it seems that every time I do something I need to 'undo' all of this first before I can make any change.
