No internet or landline since Friday 9Feb18

Internet reference number 129CWK100218. Phone line 55246.

We have been without internet and phone line since Friday, 9th February'18. Calls were logged, tests were done, yet the service is not restored. We kept being told the same old nonsense. They say that a technician has been assigned to the fault and will call  if they need to come to the premise. We need "ACTIVE assistance" in getting our service we paying for,  up and running! 

I even sent a Facebook message to Telkom....no response......where to from here?????
