PATHETIC SERVICE!!

I have tried cancelling my services since November last year. Telkom still debits my account every month. I have escalated and logged numerous disputes without any joy. Evry single time i call i have to explain my query from the start! NO ONE takes responsibility. I have spoken to Vuyakazi Gwada who escalated my query to Scelo Jama. neither one of these people have come back to me, almost a month later. Today i spoke to Lungile Ndaba who again could not help me. What has happened to my request from NOVEMBER?? Who takes responsibility for receiving these queries and actually makes sure they are processed! And why can we NEVER speak to someone in charge!

 

I just want Telkom to give me back my money, they have been debiting from my account for a service i do not have!!
