I have tried cancelling my services since November last year. Telkom still debits my account every month. I have escalated and logged numerous disputes without any joy. NO ONE takes responsibility. I have spoken to Vuyakazi Gwada who escalated my query to Scelo Jama. neither one of these people have come back to me, almost a month later. Today i spoke to Lungile Ndaba who again could not help me. What has happened to my request from NOVEMBER?? Who takes responsibility for receiving these queries and actually makes sure they are processed!

I am very much perplexed by the way Telkom runs its business. worse still when you have cost to loose income you go on to keep on sending me monthly statement that I am owing you. I am convinced that at Telkom the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, hence the delay as mentioned above, to date i have not been helped.
