Porting Pre-Paid landline number from Telkom to external VoIP provider

I'm going around in circles between sales, billing (got transferred to Moble whileI was still talking to billing)... The challenge is I dont have a monthly statement that I can provide to the VoIP provider. I called 10210 and got old statements send from Sep 2018 but it is too old.  I was told a letter of account or similar could be sent to me but no-one has sent anything and it is impossible to reach anyone who can follow up on my request from 13 Mar 2019.


What I'm asking is what sort of letter can be issued to me and by whom within Telkom?
