I have a 4mb ADLS line. Data is working fine and I am able to access the internet normally. My land line has gone completely dead. I have been trying to contact 10210 all day today without success. No luck with "My Telkom App" either. Have logged a fault and sent an email. No response. Where do I go from here. The land line is used for Home Business purposes but I am unable to connect with any department at Telkom. I have used about R100 woth of airtime on my cell phone. Do Telkon technicians also read an monitor posts in this community? Please advise. Thank you.
