Hey, My landline and ADSL have not been working since 20 March 2017. We were initially told that it will be back up in less than a week but it is now 6 April and there is still no fix to this problem. I have been following up regularly only to be told the repairs are still in process. After almost 6 years with Telkom, this is the first time im experiencing issues this severe and im at my wits end. Please just give me a timeline when the services will be back up, as this is affecting my business, work etc. I'm honestly very disappointed with the service that has been provided.

hi @Dinesh42 i think most of us has experienced cable issues. it might not be as long as yours but, we know the feeling. this is not a service channel. hope they can sort this out for you quickly. please see the following link to contact telkom for service related issues.
