A few MONTHS ago the telkom pole fell down into my yard. I have tried to contact them via Messenger, trying on their website is useless as you need a Telkom subscriber number, and I tried on hellopeter.com. I have had no feedback to this problem at all. If anyone from Telkom is actually monitoring these posts: I am now ready to cut the phone cable and remove the poles myself. I would appreciate it if someone from Telkom could let me know if I can go ahead with this?
