The number you have called is not available on the MTN Network

When certain numbers call me, they get the message: "The number you have called  is not available on the MTN Network"

 

After three months and three different queries to Telkom, this is still not resolved.....

 

Any suggestions.....

Resolved after I sent an email to ..... pst@8ta.com. Maybe a good idea to share this email address with the Telkom call Centre staff.... then they can also offer an actual solution, instead of just dishing out reference numbers....
