Hi there HELP, i have been trying to cancel my ADSL since 16 August, submitted the forms with ID documents etc , email received that will attend in 21 days, then it is rejected as they adivse that no documents were submitted, these have now been sent at least 10 times.. finally some one does assist BUT that was 21 September and still I am footing the bill for a ADSL line that I do not use, we have opted to go fibre via Mweb, the ADSL was also through mweb! HELp

Hi there I have been trying to do the same I think I am just going to pull the plug of my land line and refuse to pay they can sue they are hopeless beyond

I am about to do the same process as per your post below.
Did you manage to get your request sorted ?
