Unable to receive calls after migration to wireless landline

I took telkoms offer to migrate to wireless landline. Internet works (Only after numerous calls and help from Telkom Community). We can make outgoing Calls but the problem is that we are unable to receive calls. I have called telkom on numerous times in the past few weeks and was given several reference numbers however the problem is still not resolved. The last call I made to telkom the consultant said that the migration platform was still in progress. She will notify her supervisor and I must restart the Router after 15mins and it will be sorted. That was 5 days ago! Have restarted router several times...family and friends still complaining that they cant call home. They can hear ringing but on our side nothing!

DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION!
