Unacceptable Service

I am waiting for a response from Telkom to resolve my issue for my order reference 171764525A for almost 2 weeks now I explained that there is no installation required for a line yet I am told I need to pay a deposit. The sales agent who I lodged the order with did not tell me that I need to pay any fees upfront. Telkom refuses to continue with my order I have seeked assistance everywhere even Hello Peter and nobody can help me with this. And the worst part you can't get this service with anyone but Telkom. I am on the verge of taking Telkom to court for abuse of power
