Good day all,
A technician activated my voice line on Friday, but the number I received has not been activated yet. When I check the number to log a fault (here: https://apps.telkom.co.za/assurance/public/logafault), I receive a message that it is not a valid Telkom number. I also tried to phone 10210 for assistance, but to no avail as nobody answers my call.
Has anyone had the same issue? And can someone point me in the right direction please?
