What is the next step

Hi everyone,


I received a wiifi router box from Telkom during lockdown but do not have an instrument ... I know its a dumb question, but can anyone guide me as to how this gets set up, where do I get an instrument to use? This apparently replaces the original fixed line that they discontinued. I would value some input ..... thanking you in advance
