Why can’t I log a fault via the Telkom App?

I’ve had problems lately with landline services, so have needed to log faults. I have the Telkom App on my iPhone. Whenever I try to log a fault via the App, it lets me go through the whole process, then right at the end, I get an SMS as follows:
“Unfortunately your request could not be completed. Please report your problem via 10210 (residential) / 10217 (business) / www.telkom.co.”
Very frustrating! Does anyone know when this will be fixed? Because you now have to in any case call 10210, and while you’re waiting on the line, the voiceover says that you should preferably log your fault with the App!
