almost 2 months with no Telkom line - and still been billed!

Its now almost 2 months... can someone from TELKOM please... It is now 15 days. Can someone from OpenServe or Telkom wakeup. Although it is a residensial landline, we also have business to do.

PLEASE FIX MY LINE AT RYNFIELD AREA.

Stop saying that you have not enough technicians or staff.

FIX THE LINE IN THE NEXT 24 HOURS. REF NO 1077CRK080118
