Telkom will set it up for you, tell them the first instructions didn’t work - you can try the website help link here :-

“When you don’t answer your phone, your calls are automatically sent (or ‘forwarded’) to your voicemail so your callers can leave you a message. But if you’d like to forward your calls to another number like your landline or your partner’s cellphone, Talk To Us and we’ll set it up for you.
This service is charged according to your package rates.”
