I was travelling between Durban and Gauteng yesterday and was unable to access data on more than one Telkom phone. Were you able to get any feedback from the help line?
Today I had to try a few times in Centurion before I finally got through. Each time it would simply end the call to Telkom fixed and Vodacom.
Did anyone else have problems recently? This is not normal, service is normally good, is Telkom perhaps getting over-subscribed?
