i have been having a problem as from dec 2017, we moved houses on the 3 dec and on the 3 dec the problem was reported to them i am moing and need the new line to be re fitted at the new house.
mind you that the debit order for the month of dec had already been taken from than to date the line has not being fitted. All outstanding payments were debited and paid as telkom made the account go into an overdue amount.
the money for the month of march was debited and i would like for it to be refunded into my bank account.
i would also like for someone to come out and fit my line cause mind you to date the line has not been fitted and the guys lie to say have been out to my house this is sad and disappointing to have service this bad i have not used the wifi since it was fitted cause of this reason .... can someone please help me ???????????
